I am the artist who Lorna decided to take under her wing in order make sure that all of her clients are in good hands when she retires.
Natural beauty enhancement through PMU (Permanent Makeup) has become my passion.
My professional background in medicine and life as an artist have really come together well. When I decided to quit doing dental hygiene and started going to cosmetology school it was the dentist that I work for who encouraged me to do so.Now I am no longer cleaning teeth. She gave me another job providing home healthcare to her husband who is in the advanced stages of ALS. She even arranged my schedule so that I can be at cosmetology school three nights a week too.
My involvement in the PMU industry seems really meant to be. It was actually my current employer who told me she thought I would be the perfect artist for Lorna to train. Everyone knows Lorna’s clients want someone she specifically hand picked and trained herself. So that way she knows how all the clients will be treated and how the procedures will be done properly according to her 25 years of experience.
When Lorna and I first started meeting in August 2018. She tested my makeup application skills, then had me do some sketches on paper diagrams of the face, after that I began familiarizing myself with the machines and practicing procedure designs on silicone. Michigan Micropigmentation Center is where I completed the certification program for eyeliner, lips, and brows including microblading.
Once I returned from my formal testing, Lorna began mentoring me in all of her personal PMU techniques and tips. Now, I am also performing areola procedures.
Lorna has been such an influential person in my life. We have so much in common. Both of us art artists to the core. We each lost a sister. We both are advocates for people with ALS. We are fascinated with cosmetology. And we both absolutely love helping people achieve the look they desire through PMU.
Since Lorna is retiring and we want all of the returning clients at Lasting Lines to be more comfortable with coming to see me when she goes, I decided to offer a temporary 20% discount to any returning clients who need a touch up, or 30% off of all new procedures before November 1st.
You can use the contact section on the homepage for questions and scheduling. Or you can call Lasting Lines directly at 989-837-1044.

Have a good day. Make it a good one!
P.S. I also get PMU procedures done on myself! That’s the best way I can give you my honest opinion on the experience so you know what to expect. Lorna has already done my eyeliner. Next one of us is going to color my lips. Then when I decide on a brow design I am going to have my brows softly shaded in.
