We are all constant works in progress. By deciding to make the commitment to a fitness plan and succeeding, I have resulted in the permanent desire to continue living a healthy lifestyle. Losing 40 pounds and becoming an NPC bikini competitor has really helped me feel more confident in my body. Not everyone dreams of doing fitness competitions. But I believe we all deserve to be comfortable in our own skin, and I am here to coach you on how to do so.

With cancer, diabetes, and tons of other diseases on the rise...IT IS NECESSARY THAT WE EAT TO PREVENT THESE PROBLEMS FOR OURSELVES AND OUR FAMILY MEMBERS. I believe in incorporating new good habits that are realistic and lifestyle based vs fad dieting. I teach people about healthy options that are smart and tasty. Plus we educate ourselves about product ingredients, so we no longer have the desire to eat a lot of bad stuff. We realize eating too much carcinogenic products is bad for our health. I'm personally not vegan. I can help you learn about that if you would like to. But for me, I think it is ok to eat some animal based products. A flexible yet well balanced diet is my fave!
How often do you start working out, you're SO into it, excited about it and plan on going hard from now on... then 2 or 3 weeks later life get's in the way and you fall off the fitness wagon? I know what I NEEDED and it was MOTIVATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY so I would stop making EXCUSES! I didn't have that until I joined my first Online Challenge/Accountability Group. This was the first time EVER that I was SUCCESSFUL at sticking with a workout routine and consistently eating healthy! I thought ate fairly healthy before joining the group, just because I eliminated fast food and soda, but turns out, there was more to it than that. Once I learned what Clean Eating and Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition really was, I started doing it more consistently, along with drinking plant based shakes everyday. I noticed a DRASTIC CHANGE in the way I felt, especially my energy level, and the way my body was gaining muscle definition! I got off all of my prescription medications. Now I almost never experience depression or anxiety. My life feels so much happier and more enjoyable in my body. It was a complete lifestyle change for me and I had to share the opportunity with others, which is why I became a coach.
I am now able to offer this new lifestyle to YOU as well, through my Challenge/Accountability Groups! Notice I didn’t call it a diet, because it’s NOT A DIET, it’s a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHANGE. As a coach, my goal is to focus my entire business around helping other people meet their health and fitness goals, teaching them what I have learned, and showing them what has worked for me.
